We are happy to process your insurance claims for you. Since insurance policies vary drastically from one to another, we are only able to estimate
your payment portion of the services rendered. Due to the complexity and variety of insurance plans, we are not able to guarantee coverage for
procedures. As a service to our patients, we will file your claim with the insurance company allowing them 30 days to render payment. At the end of
that period the patient is responsible for the remaining balance on the account. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
For your convenience we gladly accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American express. We also accept Care Credit as an outside
financing source.
